What is a cookie?
Cookies are small pieces of information, sent from the server, to be stored in a file on your computer. Cookies can be used for many purposes, but at our site, a cookie is used to store security information needed to maintain a secure, confidential connection to our Internet server.

Enhanced Authentication remembers your computer by assigning a unique identifier (cookie) to each computer you use to access the system by using standard cookies. The cookie is used to store the identification information only. No personal or private data is stored.

Internet Explorer 6.0 (without deleting Cookies)
  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click Security
  4. Click Default Level
  5. Click Security
  6. Click on Trusted Sites
  7. Add: https://www.netit.financial-net.com and https://www.ea.netit.financial-net.com to the trusted sites.
  8. Click Close
  9. Click on Custom Level: About 2/3 down the list, it says Navigate Sub-frames across different domains, ensure this is to enable.
  10. Click Yes
  11. Click OK
Internet Explorer 6.0 (if Cookies need to be deleted)
  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click Delete Cookies
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Delete Files
  6. Click OK
  7. Ensure the browser is accepting cookies.
  • Click Tools
  • Click Internet Options
  • Click the Privacy Tab
  • Click Advanced
  • Click Overide Automatic Cookie Handling
  • Check Always allow session cookies
  • Click OK
  1. Click Advanced Tab
  2. Click Restore Defaults
  3. Click OK

Internet Explorer 7.0 (without deleting Cookies)
  1. In the top right hand corner of the screen, click Tools
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click on the Security Tab
  4. Click Reset all zones to default level
  5. Click Trusted Sites
  6. Add: https://www.netit.financial-net.com and https://www.ea.netit.financial-net.com to the trusted sites.
  7. Click Close
  8. Click on Custom Level: About 2/3 down the list, it says Navigate Sub-frames across different domains, ensure this is set to enable.
  9. Click Yes
  10. Click OK
Internet Explorer 7.0 (if Cookies need to be deleted)
  1. Click Privacy Tab
  2. Click Advanced
  3. Check Overide Automatic cookie Handling
  4. Check Always allow session cookies
  5. Click OK
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Delete Files
  8. Click OK
  9. Ensure the browser is accepting cookies.

  • Click Internet Options
  • Click Privacy Tab
  • Click Advanced

  3. Click Apply
  4. Click OK
  5. Click on the General Tab: In the Browsing History Section, click Delete
  6. Click Delete Files
  7. Click Delete Cookies
  8. Click Close

Netscape 8.0
  • Click Tools
  • Click Options
  • Under Cookies, click Clear
  • Under Cache, click Clear
  • Click Tools
  • Click Options
  • Under Site Controls, Check Allow Cookies
  • Ensure that the default security settings are checked.

Netscape 8.1 (User will need to allow Cookies)
  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Allow Cookies
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Privacy
  6. Click Clear on Cookies and Cache
  7. Click OK

AOL 1.5 (without deleting Cookies)
  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click Security
  4. Click Trusted Sites
  5. Add: https://www.netit.financial-net.com and https://www.ea.netit.financial-net.com to the trusted sites.
  6. Click Close

  4. Ensure USE SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, and TLS 1.0 are checked
  5. Click Privacy
  6. Click Cookies Tab
  7. Ensure that there is a check in the Allow sites to set Cookies box
  8. Click Clear Cookies Now
  9. Click Cache Tab
  10. Click Clear Cache Now
  11. Click OK

Internet Explorer for Mac 5.2
  1. From the menu bar, select Explorer, then choose Preferences
  2. Select the arrow next to Receiving Files to expand the options
  3. Select Cookies
  4. Select the When receiving cookies option to Always or Allow
  5. Click OK
  6. Reset to Default any security settings

Safari
  1. From the browser menu, click Safari
  2. Select Empty Cache
  3. Click Empty
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Safari from the top bar
  6. If you do not see several icons across the top of the new window, click the oval button in the top right corner
  7. Click the Security button
  8. In the Accept Cookies area of the window, select the Always radio button
  9. Close the window
